ANTA Sports Make A Stage Pose in 2008 China International Sporting Goods Show
(May 30, 2008-Hong Kong) ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company"; stock code: 2020) presented in the 22nd China International Sporting Goods Show in Beijing. ANTA Sports had a huge stage of over 800 sq. meters, together with an innovative stage design, presenting various types of sportswear to audience. The theme 'China, fight hard!' symbolized ANTA Sports' support towards China's sports development over the last 14 years.
ANTA Sports presented the professional sports gear of three major sports events in the show. Board Chairman and CEO of ANTA Sports, Mr. Ding Shizhong said "2008 is a milestone in China's sports development, and ANTA Sports continue to support China's sports development. We aim to integrate the sports spirit of 'Going beyond oneself' into everyone's daily life." Since 2004, ANTA Sports has sponsored Chinese Basketball Association, National Volleyball League, Volleyball Championship, National Volleyball Grand Prize Cup, Chinese Table Tennis Club Super League, etc. Apart from sponsorship, ANTA Sports also provided technical support and quality sportswear, enhancing the professional standard of the leagues. In Beijing Olympics 2008, China's volleyball team and table tennis team are potential Olympic champion. Our basketball team also improved as a result of the improvement in CBA standard, and they wish to break the record this year.
According to Mr. Ding 'This expo serves as a platform for sports resources exchange. This show presents the growth of ANTA Sports throughout 14 years, together with the Olympics and China's sports development. Being China's leading sportswear brand and a national corporation, ANTA Sports continues to support China's sports development, as well as the whole country's progression and victims of the earthquake in Sichuan.'
